Jacquelyn offers tiered services that can be customized to your needs. She can solely book your accommodations (and get you some added perks along with it), personalized recommendations tailored to your travel style & interests, detailed itineraries for a just few days of the trip or the full trip.

How it works

Step 1. Decide which service tier will best suit your needs, budget, and timeline.

Step 2. Fill out the questionnaire to share your personal preferences and let Jacquelyn know how she can help make this your perfect trip.

If additional information about your trip is needed, Jacquelyn will schedule time to connect further so that she can deliver the best possible service to you.

Step 3. Jacquelyn will confirm both turnaround time & pricing, prior to beginning to work on your requested services.

Step 4. Finalize & sign contract for services. Then sit back and relax while Jacquelyn plans your perfect trip!

If the listed service tiers don’t quite fit your needs, please still fill out the questionnaire and note that you are looking for a customized quote. Jacquelyn will then schedule time to connect and discuss further.

Why work with a travel advisor?

When booking with a travel advisor, you will pay the same (if not, less) as you would booking on your own, except you’ll be getting more value. Think of perks such as upgrades, spa credits, early check-in, late check-out, special gifts for your stay, etc when available. You have direct access to a travel expert, who can provide you with a seamless travel booking experience and when you book with a travel advisor, hotels are far more inclined to give you an overall better experience.

Accommodation Booking(s)

Based on the information shared in your questionnaire, Jacquelyn will provide 3-5 options for accommodations for you to choose from.

Pricing

For one city/destination, there is no charge for this.

For 2-4 – $50.

For 5 or more – each additional city is $20.

Turnaround

If Jacquelyn will only be booking accommodation(s) for you, turnaround on providing options will be 2 weeks. If bundled with any other services, turnaround times will vary.

Personalized Recommendations

Personalized recommendations tailored to your budget, preferences & length of your trip. This service will cover recommendations for:

  • Sites & Cultural attractions
  • Dining
  • Recommended souvenirs
  • Shopping recommendations
  • Useful tips & guidance for navigating local culture
  • Helpful phrases for international destinations
  • Recommended items to pack (check out Jacquelyn’s must haves as well!)
  • And more!

Pricing

Pricing for personalized recommendations are based on the destination(s) and the length of your trip.

  • One City/Destination
    • 1-4 Days – $50
    • 5 Days or more – $75
  • Multi-City/Destination (up to 4 cities)
    • 1-4 Days – $75
    • 5 Days or more – $125
  • If you will be going to more than 4 cities, it’s an additional $20 per city.

Accommodation booking(s) will be an additional fee.

Turnaround

If Jacquelyn will only be providing personalized recommendations for you, turnaround is 2 weeks. If bundled with any other services, turnaround times will vary.

Detailed Itineraries

Detailed day-by-day itineraries are customized to your budget, preferences and length of your trip. It will include, as needed and requested, the following:

  • Accommodation booking(s)
  • Sites & Cultural attractions
  • Dining
  • Recommended souvenirs
  • Shopping recommendations
  • Useful tips & guidance for navigating local culture
  • Helpful phrases for international destination bookings
  • Recommended items to pack (check out Jacquelyn’s must haves as well!)
  • And more!

Pricing

Pricing for detailed day-by-day itineraries is based on the length of your trip.

  • For one week of travel – $400
  • For more than one week of travel – each additional week is $200.
  • For trips less than 7 days of travel, the weekly rate will be prorated.

Turnaround

For detailed day-by-day itineraries, turnaround is 6-8 weeks.

Disclaimers

If you need to expedite any of the noted turnaround times for services, this will incur a $100 Rush fee for Accommodations & Personalized Recommendations, and a $200 Rush fee for Detailed Itineraries.

Please note that there are no refunds on personalized recommendations, detailed itineraries, or concierge services once they’ve been completed & delivered to you. Jacquelyn will never begin any work before a contract is signed and payment has been remitted. Since accommodations are paid directly with the hotels themselves, refunds would be subject to their individual cancellation policies.
